This phase of the program, the Construction Services phase, is often the phase that is most in the public eye. People within the district will now begin to see the culmination of months, sometimes years of planning and orchestrating, begin to rise from the earth and slowly but surely take the shape of a new educational facility.

$30 Million Bond Slated for 2008 Construction

Lakewood is pleased to announce their selection as Construction Manager for Caledonia Community Schools upcoming $30.5 million bond issue. The May 8, 2007 bond issue was overwhelmingly approved by community voters, and includes the addition of a new elementary school, renovations and additions to 3 other elementary buildings, along with mechanical, electrical, and security upgrades at many other district facilities.
