Lakewood, Inc to Renovate the 32nd Street Branch of 5th/3rd Bank
Officials from Lakewood Inc. are pleased to announce the receipt of a contract to renovate the 32nd Street branch of 5th / 3rd Bank in Holland, Michigan. These additions will allow 5th / 3rd to increase the services offered to its clients at the branch level.
The fast track project will expand the branch on both the north and south sides increasing the size of the branch from 3,500 square feet to 4,700 square feet total. The additional space includes both office and administrative space. The project will also add two drive through teller lanes and reconfigure traffic flow on site.
This project is being constructed under a compressed timeline with completion scheduled for mid-May. The bank is occupying and using the existing space while renovations occur.
