Lakewood Construction Selected as Design/Build Contractor For New RSC Facility
Officials from Lakewood Construction are pleased to announce their selection as Design/Build contractor for a new equipment rental facility for RSC (Rental Service Corporation) Equipment Rental.
The 6,500 square foot project, located on a 2.4 acre site on 68th Street in Caledonia Township began in November, with completion scheduled for March of 2007.
The CECO pre-engineered structure features a wash bay, equipment repair area, retail area and office space for branch personnel.
